The best of Exmouth’s gardeners have had their efforts rewarded thanks to the Exmouth in Bloom Local Gardening Competition.
The annual event sees gardeners compete in a number of categories, for residents and businesses, and organisers said standards this year were very high, with some magnificent floral displays, helped along by the summer sunshine.
Chairman of Exmouth in Bloom Pat Graham said she was very pleased to see a number of new entrants this year as well as regular competitors.
The revised categories have also helped to make the competitions more interesting.
The Bloom committee said it would like to thank all the entrants and judges of the competitions for their support.
The winners will be invited to a presentation evening on October 3, where they will be presented with certificates, cups and prizes.
